Dragon TurtleDragon Turtle

The dragon turtle is a Chinese legendry symbol; it’s a combination of dragon and tortoise which are two of the four most important creatures of Chinese symbolism. It has the head of a dragon and body of a turtle sitting on a bed of coins and ingots. It has coin in its mouth and a baby tortoise on its back. Chinese people use this to enhance their houses and office. The dragon symbolizes success, courage and determination whereas the tortoise symbolizes longevity. It shows that the turtle has transformed into a dragon, which is indicative of god fortune in a person’s career and business. The coins and ingots on which the dragon turtle sits represents abundant wealth and the coin inside the dragon mouth signifies increased money flow. There is also a small baby tortoise sitting on its back is symbolic of excellent descendants luck which generally means sons. The dragon turtle can be placed either in the north or the east sector of home. But in offices these directions don’t work, it should be placed parallel in the side of the sitting chair or it can be placed behind the sitting chair looking sideways. One should take care while placing because if it is placed in front of you it invites many problems.

The best place to keep Pagoda is North East corner of the child room. It is considered to have yin energy, and so as to make it effective, it should be balanced by yang energy in the room, i.e. by having red colour present in the room. The yang effect of the red colour helps to awaken the chi of the Pagoda.
