Vastu blockers are metal remedies used to correct a zone without demolition. Pandit.com offers straight and L-shaped blockers in brass, copper, iron, aluminium and stainless steel, in big and small sizes. They are part of the remedies used in Pt. Rahul Kaushl's Vastu consultations.

What does a Vastu blocker do?

In metal-based Vastu correction, a blocker is placed in a zone to hold back the effect of an activity that is unsuitable for that zone, such as a toilet or a kitchen placed in the wrong direction. The metal is chosen by the zone, and the size by the area being corrected. An L-shaped blocker is used along a corner.

Choose the blocker after the diagnosis

A blocker works only in the right zone and with the right metal, and the wrong one can do nothing at all. For that reason it is chosen after the floor plan has been read: the centre found, the 16 zones marked and the defect identified. See all Vastu remedies, or share your floor plan in a Vastu consultation with Pt. Rahul Kaushl before you buy.

Sizes and shapes

Type Typical use
Straight blocker, big A full room or a long wall line
Straight blocker, small A small space or a single fixture
L blocker A corner of a room or zone

Frequently asked questions

Where is a Vastu blocker placed?

In the zone that carries the defect, as marked on the floor plan by a Vastu consultant. It is usually fixed under the floor covering or along the base of a wall.

Which metal blocker do I need?

The metal depends on the zone being corrected. A consultant names the metal after reading the floor plan.

Can I install a blocker myself?

Yes, once you know the exact zone, metal and size. The installation itself needs no construction.

What is the difference between a blocker and a booster?

A blocker holds back an unsuitable activity in a zone; a booster supports a zone that needs strengthening.

Does a blocker work in a rented home?

Yes. It needs no construction, so it can be removed and taken with you.
